Estates and Trusts

Selling mom and dad’s home is never easy. We believe that this is in part because we grieve.  Elora and I are empathetic toward families going through difficult circumstances.  Our hearts hurt with you. 

Yet, there are other reasons, business reasons why dealing with an estate seem overwhelming.  Through extensive real estate experience we have witnessed all the same family dynamics present when one left the house at 18 years old.  The sibling tensions are similar.  The difficult life long relationships are strained in very similar ways.  We have specific skills and tools to keep the family on the same page as the estates largest asset is transacted. We know the roadblocks that families face with attachments to old memories and transitions.  We are patient but also know how to get things done.
